Instructions
  1. Clean the fish thoroughly.
  2. Slice the fish into long finger like pieces.
  3. Appy salt and half the pepper powder and keep it for about 1 hour.
  4. Beat the egg.
  5. Add maida to it and bring it to a dripping consistency. (Add water if necessary).
  6. Add salt and the remaining pepper to this batter and mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  8. Dip the fish pieces in the batter, roll it in the bread crumbs.
  9. Deep fry them in hot oil.
