Step 1

Cook fish fillets, crab meat, squid cut into small piece and prawns with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Flake the cooked fish into a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Saute marrow and mushroom in butter and add to the flaked fish.

Step 4

Prepare the white sauce and mix in basil and mustard powder.

Step 5

Pour this into the fish and vegetable mixture.

Step 6

Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Line this mixture into a greased baking dish.

Step 8

Mix mashed potato with milk and butter and blend well to a smooth paste.

Step 9

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 10

Spread this evenly on top of the fish and white sauce mixture.

Step 11

Garnish with grated cheese and stuffed olives.

Step 12

:- Serve hot with toasted bread.

Step 13

:- Variation - Line bottom of the pie dish with cooked pasta to make a complete Dinner.
