Step 1

Clean the fish. (You need not cut the fish.)

Step 2

Boil half a glass of water with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add the fish and cover the vessel. Cook for 15 v 20 minutes (both sides).

Step 4

Chop an onion, green chilly, curry leaves and ginger.

Step 5

:- Do not cook this.

Step 6

Add a spoon of lemon juice and salt and mix well.

Step 7

Boil potato with salt and peel.

Step 8

Take out the flesh of the fish and mix all these together.

Step 9

Make thick rolls of finger length.

Step 10

Dip in egg white and roll them in bread crumbs.

Step 11

Fry them in oil till they become golden brown in colour.
