  • For preparing Fish Rolls, first clean the fish. You need not cut the fish into pieces.
  • Boil half a glass of water with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • Add the fish and cover the vessel. Cook in low flame for 15 to 20 minutes (both sides).
  • Chop an onion, green chilly, curry leaves and ginger.
  • :- Do not cook this.
  • Add a spoon of lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  • Boil potato with salt and peel. Mash the boiled potato.
  • Take out the flesh of the fish and mix all the ingredients: fish, onion, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger and potato together.
  • Make thick rolls of finger length.
  • Dip in egg white and roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Fry Fish Rolls in hot oil till they become golden brown in colour.
  • Enjoy Fish Rolls with ketchup.
