Step 1

For preparing fried beef curry, cut the meat into pieces. Now, use the back of the knife to beat the meat tender.

Step 2

Mix the meat with onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, vinegar and curry leaves. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Grind the chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and shallots to a fine paste.

Step 4

Add the spice paste to the meat.

Step 5

Then add the 2nd extract coconut milk and pressure cook the meat.

Step 6

Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the potato and keep it aside.

Step 7

Now deep fry the meat pieces in the same oil till it turns brown and keep it aside.

Step 8

To the same oil, add the meat gravy. When it turns brown in colour, add the 1st extract coconut milk and mix well.

Step 9

When the gravy is thick enough, add the fried potatoes and meat and cook for a minute.

Step 10

Fried beef curry is ready. Serve hot.
