  • For preparing fried beef curry, cut the meat into pieces. Now, use the back of the knife to beat the meat tender.
  • Mix the meat with onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, vinegar and curry leaves. Keep it aside.
  • Grind the chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and shallots to a fine paste.
  • Add the spice paste to the meat.
  • Then add the 2nd extract coconut milk and pressure cook the meat.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the potato and keep it aside.
  • Now deep fry the meat pieces in the same oil till it turns brown and keep it aside.
  • To the same oil, add the meat gravy. When it turns brown in colour, add the 1st extract coconut milk and mix well.
  • When the gravy is thick enough, add the fried potatoes and meat and cook for a minute.
  • Fried beef curry is ready. Serve hot.
