Step 1

Take a deep bottomed pan, add 3-4
spoons of ghee and heat. Add bombay rava and fry until it turns light brown. Take it into a plate and allow to cool.

Step 2

Take remaining ghee in the pan, heat and add all the fruits and dry fruits. Fry for a couple of minutes.

Step 3

To this add the milk and boil. Now carefully and slowly add the bombay rava. Care should be taken to see that no lumps are formed.

Step 4

Stirring constantly, cook the
ingredients until smooth. Serve hot.
