500 g Bombay rava1 litre Milk350 ml Ghee150 g Cashew nuts100 g Seedless grapes1 cup Peeled Apple pieces (peeled)1/2 cup Dates (cut into shreds)100 g Raisins500 g Sugar Take a deep bottomed pan, add 3-4 spoons of ghee and heat. Add bombay rava and fry until it turns light brown. Take it into a plate and allow to cool.Take remaining ghee in the pan, heat and add all the fruits and dry fruits. Fry for a couple of minutes.To this add the milk and boil. Now carefully and slowly add the bombay rava. Care should be taken to see that no lumps are formed.Stirring constantly, cook the ingredients until smooth. Serve hot. Andhra
