Step 1

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 2

Add curry leaves.

Step 3

Add crushed garlic and saute.

Step 4

When it becomes golden brown, add the powders and saute.

Step 5

When the raw smell leaves, turn off the flame.

Step 6

Add curd.

Step 7

Add salt.

Step 8

Mix it well along with little water.

Step 9

:- Serve with rice.
