Step 1

For preparing gaspacho, peel the cucumber skin and slice it.

Step 2

Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and slice it.

Step 3

Take a bowl, add in the sliced cucumber, tomatoes, garlic, capsicum and onion.

Step 4

Pour cold water, vinegar, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper powder. Blend it.

Step 5

Mince the bread well and blend this with the above mixture till smooth.

Step 6

Transfer it into a soup tureen.

Step 7

Add in olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 8

Gaspacho is ready.
