Instructions
  1. For preparing gaspacho, peel the cucumber skin and slice it.
  2. Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and slice it.
  3. Take a bowl, add in the sliced cucumber, tomatoes, garlic, capsicum and onion.
  4. Pour cold water, vinegar, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper powder. Blend it.
  5. Mince the bread well and blend this with the above mixture till smooth.
  6. Transfer it into a soup tureen.
  7. Add in olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  8. Gaspacho is ready.
