Ingredients

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Capsicum
sliced
1
no
Onion
sliced
2
cloves
Garlic
sliced
1/4
litre
Cold
water
20
g
Stale bread
1
tsp
Wine vinegar
Hot sauce
A few drops, Tabasco
2
tbsp
Olive
oil
Pepper powder
As reqd
1/2
Lemon
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing gaspacho, peel the
cucumber
skin and slice it.
Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and slice it.
Take a bowl, add in the sliced
cucumber
, tomatoes,
garlic
,
capsicum
and
onion
.
Pour cold
water
, vinegar, tabasco sauce,
salt
and
pepper powder
. Blend it.
Mince the bread well and blend this with the above mixture till smooth.
Transfer it into a soup tureen.
Add in olive
oil
and lemon juice. Mix well.
Gaspacho is ready.
