Step 1

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

Step 2

Soak raw rice in water for 1/2 hour.

Step 3

Place ghee(about 2 tbsps) on a tava and roast the soacked rice.

Step 4

Add the cut vegetables.

Step 5

Add enough salt and water and keep in microwave for around 20 mins.

Step 6

Roast jeera in lots of ghee.

Step 7

Pour this over rice and mix well.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Step 9

:- Serve hot.


Ghee with lot of jeera tastes little like pongal.


Its really good. & easy to prepare.
