Ghee Rice Easy Rice cooked in rich ghee Raw rice(Pachhari)Peas Potato Beans CarrotsCumin Seeds(Jeerakam) 4 tbsp GheeSalt (As reqd)Coriander leaves Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.Soak raw rice in water for 1/2 hour.Place ghee(about 2 tbsps) on a tava and roast the soacked rice.Add the cut vegetables.Add enough salt and water and keep in microwave for around 20 mins.Roast jeera in lots of ghee.Pour this over rice and mix well.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve hot. Ghee with lot of jeera tastes little like pongal.
Its really good.
