Step 1

Preheat oven to 160 c. Line 12 muffin tin with paper cups.

Step 2

Sift together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, soda powder into a deep bowl.

Step 3

In an another bowl add melted butter, brown sugar and eggs and whisk with hand until frothy.

Step 4

Add the butter mixture, fruits and fresh ginger grated to the sieved flour.

Step 5

Add milk or water slowly to the flour mixture and mix until the ingredients are just combined.
:- Do not over beat the batter. The batter should be moist and hold together.

Step 6

Spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.

Step 7

Fill the paper cups with batter till 3/4th full.

Step 8

:- Ginger Muffins is ready!!!
