Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160 c. Line 12 muffin tin with paper cups.
  2. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, soda powder into a deep bowl.
  3. In an another bowl add melted butter, brown sugar and eggs and whisk with hand until frothy.
  4. Add the butter mixture, fruits and fresh ginger grated to the sieved flour.
  5. Add milk or water slowly to the flour mixture and mix until the ingredients are just combined. :- Do not over beat the batter. The batter should be moist and hold together.
  6. Spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
  7. Fill the paper cups with batter till 3/4th full.
  8. :- Ginger Muffins is ready!!! :- Enjoy eating Ginger Muffins!!
