Step 1

For preparing gobi manjurian indo chinese, first soak the cauliflower in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it in a bowl.

Step 2

Add little salt and corn flour. Mix well.

Step 3

Deep fry it in oil and keep in a tissue paper.

Step 4

Heat oil, add ginger garlic crushed, onion and capsicum.

Step 5

Combine all the sauces in a bowl with vinegar.

Step 6

Pour the sauce into pan and fry it.

Step 7

Saute well. Add the cauliflower and mix well. Add little water.

Step 8

Add the corn starch and make the thickness according to taste.

Step 9

Add pepper on top, give a toss and serve hot.

Step 10

Gobi manjurian indo chineese is ready.
