Cauliflower florets

Onion
cubes

Capsicum

Ginger
crushed

Tomato
sauce

tbsp
Soya sauce
1
tbsp
Chilly sauce
1
tbsp
Hot sauce
2
tsp
Vinegar
1
tbsp
Pepper
Salt
As reqd

cup
Corn starch
Corn flour
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing gobi manjurian indo chinese, first soak the cauliflower in hot
water
for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it in a bowl.
Add little
salt
and corn flour. Mix well.
Deep fry it in
oil
and keep in a tissue paper.
Heat
oil
, add
ginger
garlic
crushed,
onion
and
capsicum
.
Combine all the sauces in a bowl with vinegar.
Pour the sauce into pan and fry it.
Saute well. Add the cauliflower and mix well. Add little
water
.
Add the corn starch and make the thickness according to taste.
Add pepper on top, give a toss and serve hot.
Gobi manjurian indo chineese is ready.
