Instructions
  1. For preparing gobi manjurian indo chinese, first soak the cauliflower in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it in a bowl.
  2. Add little salt and corn flour. Mix well.
  3. Deep fry it in oil and keep in a tissue paper.
  4. Heat oil, add ginger garlic crushed, onion and capsicum.
  5. Combine all the sauces in a bowl with vinegar.
  6. Pour the sauce into pan and fry it.
  7. Saute well. Add the cauliflower and mix well. Add little water.
  8. Add the corn starch and make the thickness according to taste.
  9. Add pepper on top, give a toss and serve hot.
  10. Gobi manjurian indo chineese is ready.
