  • 2 tsp oil
    1 bunch goungura leaves
    300 grams mutton
    1 big onion
    2 small tomatoes
    5 to 6 green chillies
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    1/4 tsp turmeric owder
    1/4 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
    Salt to taste

Step 1

In a pressure cooker. Heat oil. Add onion,1 tomato,3 green chillies,garlic n ginger paste,salt and saute well

Add mutton ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
Pressure it for 5 to 10 mins

Spinach preparation:
Mix spinach leaves, salt, 3 green chillies, and 1 tomato in a bowl and cook it for 5 to 8 mins and mash it well.

Step 4 Goungura Mutton Gravy Recipe

Step 4

Mix the spinach mixture into the mutton gravy, and sprinkle coriander leaves
Close lid and cook for another 2 mins.
Serve hot

Notes :

Side dish for biriyani, fried rice , roti, etc
