Ingredients

  • Cinnamon 100g
    Cloves 100g
    Cumin seed 100g
    pepper seed 100g
    poppy seed 100g
    fennel seed 100g
    bay leaf 100g
    Kapok Buds 100g
    annaipoo 100g
    cardamom 1/4 glass

Directions

Step 1

Dry fry the all the spices for 5 mins in lower flame

Step 2

Allow to cool.

Step 3

grind it in smooth and fine powder.

Step 4

store in closed container. now home made garam masala is ready
