Step 1

For preparing hungarian chicken bake, first coat the dried chicken pieces with flour and deep fry in butter to a golden brown color. Remove the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.

Step 2

In the remaining butter, saute the crushed garlic and onion.

Step 3

Add chilly powder, pepper powder and fry well.

Step 4

Add curd, lime juice, sugar, water and required salt. Mix well and keep the gravy aside.

Step 5

Take a baking tray and spread out the gravy and fried chicken pieces.

Step 6

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for half an hour till the gravy becomes thick in consistency.

Step 7

Yummy hungarian chicken bake, a nutritional dish, is ready.
