Instructions
  1. For preparing hungarian chicken bake, first coat the dried chicken pieces with flour and deep fry in butter to a golden brown color. Remove the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.
  2. In the remaining butter, saute the crushed garlic and onion.
  3. Add chilly powder, pepper powder and fry well.
  4. Add curd, lime juice, sugar, water and required salt. Mix well and keep the gravy aside.
  5. Take a baking tray and spread out the gravy and fried chicken pieces.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for half an hour till the gravy becomes thick in consistency.
  7. Yummy hungarian chicken bake, a nutritional dish, is ready.
