Hungarian Chicken Bake
Deep fried chicken pieces mixed with curd, lime juice and other ingredients and finally baked.

Maida

tsp
Chilly powder
1/4
tsp
Pepper powder
1/4
cup
Curd
1/4
tsp
Lime juice
2
dsp
Butter
Sugar
A pinch
1/4
cup
Water
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing hungarian chicken bake, first coat the dried chicken pieces with flour and deep fry in butter to a golden brown color. Remove the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.
In the remaining butter, saute the crushed
garlic
and
onion
.
Add chilly powder,
pepper powder
and fry well.
Add curd, lime juice,
sugar
,
water
and required
salt
. Mix well and keep the gravy aside.
Take a baking tray and spread out the gravy and fried chicken pieces.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for half an hour till the gravy becomes thick in consistency.
Yummy hungarian chicken bake, a nutritional dish, is ready.
