Step 1

Cook cut pieces of chicken with vinegar, potatoes, salt and a little water in a pressure cooker, upto 1 whistle.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

SautT onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger in this order.

Step 4

Add crushed cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamom and sautT, till onions turn brown.

Step 5

SautT, till the fresh smell of masala leaves.

Step 6

Add the above mixture to the cooked chicken.

Step 7

Cover and bring everything to a boil.

Step 8

Dissolve the maida in milk and add this to the cooked chicken.

Step 9

Add curry leaves.

Step 10

Allow the contents to boil and stir it often.

Step 11

Turn off the flame immediately after it boils.

Step 12

Check for the salt.

Step 13

:- Serve hot with appams.

We tried it. Its very tasty and light. Happy stomach ....We have also added fried raisins and cashew nuts at top. That made an additional flavor. We had this with chappatis. Thank you very much .. Shalet..


It is a lovely simple recipe. I managed to make it in less than 15mts. Thank you. As recommended had with appams.
