Kerala Tasty Fish Molly
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fish
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 cup Thick coconut milk
- 6 - Green chillies
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Curry leaves
- Salt As reqd
- Coriander leaves A few
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a pan.
- Stir it well and add fish. Cook till the fish is cooked soft.
- Finally, add coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with rice, rotis or even bread.

Honestly, even bachelors would give this only a pass mark
If u add a little bit of garlic it would have been excellent
its a good idea to add a spoon of maida when you saute the onion and per previous note couple of garlic cloves is a missing ingrediant…thanks.
