Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  2. SautT curry leaves, slit green chillies, sliced onions, ginger, turmeric powder and vinegar.
  3. Add the coconut milk (thick milk or the first milk), salt and little water.
  4. Stir it well and add fish. Cook till the fish is cooked soft.
  5. Finally, add coriander leaves.
  6. :- Serve hot with rice, rotis or even bread.

If u add a little bit of garlic it would have been excellent

its a good idea to add a spoon of maida when you saute the onion and per previous note couple of garlic cloves is a missing ingrediant…thanks.
