Rinse and peel the cucumbers and chop.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now squeeze water from them and put it into a bowl. Now crush the fried peanuts.
Mix the peanuts, grated coconut, lemon juice, coriander leaves and chopped green chilli with the cucumber.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds till they pop. Add the curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
Pour this entire tempering mixture in the bowl of cucumber and toss well.
Just before serving add some sugar and salt. Mix well and serve.
