Step 1

Mix wheat flour and 1/4 cup rice flour together.

Step 2

Add asafoetida, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder, oil and knead them to make a soft dough.

Step 3

Apply ghee and roll it like a large chappathi.

Step 4

Sprinkling some rice flour, roll it into tight Swiss roll and cut into thick slices and keep it aside.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 6

Fry them till they become golden colour.

Step 7

Drain and leave it to cool.
