Instructions
  1. Mix wheat flour and 1/4 cup rice flour together.
  2. Add asafoetida, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder, oil and knead them to make a soft dough.
  3. Apply ghee and roll it like a large chappathi.
  4. Sprinkling some rice flour, roll it into tight Swiss roll and cut into thick slices and keep it aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Fry them till they become golden colour.
  7. Drain and leave it to cool.
