Step 1

Cook the Fish pieces in the tamarind juice with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic(ginger and garlic should be ground).

Step 3

Add cumin, cinnamon and saute well.

Step 4

Add chilli powder, pepper and salt.

Step 5

Add the cooked fish pieces with the remaining tamarind juice to it.

Step 6

Cover and simmer on low heat.
:- Let the gravy get dry and thick.

Step 7

Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.

Step 8

:- King Fish Masala is ready!!
:- Serve the King Fish Masala hot!!
:- Enjoy eating King Fish Masala!!!
