King Fish Masala

King Fish in a Spicy Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg King fish
  • 2 nos Onions thinly sliced
  • 1 no Tomatoes
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper crushed
  • Salt as reqd
  • Tamarind juice squeeze it out of tamarind of a size of gooseberry
  • Cilantro to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Fish pieces in the tamarind juice with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic(ginger and garlic should be ground).
  • Add cumin, cinnamon and saute well.
  • Add chilli powder, pepper and salt.
  • Add the cooked fish pieces with the remaining tamarind juice to it.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat. :- Let the gravy get dry and thick.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.
  • :- King Fish Masala is ready!! :- Serve the King Fish Masala hot!! :- Enjoy eating King Fish Masala!!!
