Step 1

Take the milk into a wide mouthed thick vessel and boil, stirring continuously, until it gets reduced to about one fourth of the original volume.

Step 2

Add sugar and continue boiling and stirring.

Step 3

Fry the dry fruit pieces in ghee and keep aside.

Step 4

As the preparation begins to solidify, add the ghee and go on mixing.

Step 5

Cook until the ghee shows up. Add the dry fruit pieces, mix thoroughly and transfer the pudding into a wide plate.

Step 6

Allow to cool before serving.
