Step 1

Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Roast the cashew nuts & raisins. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Add besan & rava in the same pan and saute well. Fry it for 7-10 minutes in low flame. Saute till the raw smell goes. Switch off the flame.

Step 3

After 3 minutes add sugar powder & cardamom powder. Mix it well. Add roasted cashew & raisin. Mix with hand & make small balls using palm.

Step 4

Garnish with cashew nuts & raisins. Ladoo/laddu is ready to serve.

Step 5

Notes: Don`t add sugar to too hot besan. Don`t use too much ghee.
