Lime Flavoured Soda

For preparing lime flavoured soda, boil the sugar & water to prepare the syrup.

Boil for about 2 minutes

Remove from fire & cool.

Then add lemon essence, colour & lemon juice.

Mix & chill the syrup.

Before serving put 4-5 tbsp of syrup in a tall glass. Put 1 tbsp of vanilla ice cream. Pour soda as per requirement & serve immediately with a spoon & a straw.
