Lime Flavoured Soda

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon essence
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Green color Few drops
  • 6 bottles Soda bottles chilled

Instructions
 

  • For preparing lime flavoured soda, boil the sugar & water to prepare the syrup.
  • Boil for about 2 minutes
  • Remove from fire & cool.
  • Then add lemon essence, colour & lemon juice.
  • Mix & chill the syrup.
  • Before serving put 4-5 tbsp of syrup in a tall glass. Put 1 tbsp of vanilla ice cream. Pour soda as per requirement & serve immediately with a spoon & a straw.
