Step 1

For preparing lobster in blue flame, wash the lobster well and boil it in salt and soya sauce.

Step 2

Remove the flesh from the prawn shell and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Step 3

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper and prawn pieces in it. keep it aside.

Step 4

Heat butter in a pan and roast the flour in it till it turns brown in colour.

Step 5

Then add 1 cup milk in it to make a white sauce.

Step 6

Add the lobster mixture to it and fry again to make the stuffing.

Step 7

Place the prawn shell in a big plate and stuff it with above mixture.

Step 8

Take wine in a vessel and fire it and put the blue flame on top of the prawn shell.

Step 9

Serve immediately.
