Step 1

For preparing macaroni prawn masala, marinate the prawns in ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Cook the beans with required water and salt(don¦t overcook it). Keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns and set it aside.

Step 4

In the same pan add onion and carrot. SautT well on medium flame.

Step 5

After 7 minutes, add in chilly sauce and garam masla. Mix well.

Step 6

Then add cooked beans and fried prawns. Stir it.

Step 7

After that add the cooked macaroni and toss it. Close the lid for few minutes.

Step 8

Then open the lid and add fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 9

Macaroni prawn masala is ready. Serve hot.

Step 10

1)You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
