Macaroni with a tasty prawn masala

Long beans/payar
chopped

Carrot
chopped

Onion
chopped, small

Ginger
paste
1
tsp
Garlic
paste
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder

tsp
Chilly powder
2
tsp
Chilly sauce
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
1
tsp
Fenugreek leaves
optional, Uluva ela
3
springs
Coriander leaves
chopped)(optional

As reqd
Instructions
For preparing macaroni prawn masala, marinate the
prawns
in
ginger
paste,
garlic
paste,
turmeric powder
, chilly powder and
salt
. Keep it aside.
Cook the beans with required
water
and
salt
(don¦t overcook it). Keep it aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry the
prawns
and set it aside.
In the same pan add
onion
and
carrot
. SautT well on medium flame.
After 7 minutes, add in chilly sauce and garam masla. Mix well.
Then add cooked beans and fried
prawns
. Stir it.
After that add the cooked macaroni and toss it. Close the lid for few minutes.
Then open the lid and add
fenugreek leaves
and coriander leaves.
Macaroni prawn masala is ready. Serve hot.
Note: 1)You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
