Step 1

In a wide bottom pan boil 1/2 litre water.

Step 2

Add the macroni, stir well and ensure the macroni doent stick together.

Step 3

Add 3 tablespoon of oil so that the macroni doesnt become sticky.

Step 4

Add salt as required.

Step 5

Ensure its cooked enough and neither over cooked nor half cooked.

Step 6

Drain the macroni from the water and pour cold water immediately.
:- Drain the cold water too and keep it aside.

Step 7

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 8

Add onion and fry well.

Step 9

Add Tomoto, salt, chilli powder and garam masala.

Step 10

Once cooked, beat the eggs in the pan and scramble it.

Step 11

Once the egg is cooked, add the previously cooked macroni.

Step 12

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 13

:- Serve hot!!!
