Directions

Step 1

For preparing Maida Cookies, mix well butter and powdered sugar.

Step 2

Add the egg and beat the whole mixture very well.

Step 3

Add maida and powdered groundnuts and mix well.

Step 4

Add 1/4 cup of water and baking soda and mix well again.

Step 5

Make small balls off the above mixture.

Step 6

Flatten the balls a bit and place them on a baking tray.

Step 7

Bake them in an oven heated upto 375 degree F, till they turn golden brown in colour.

Step 8

Enjoy irresistible Maida Cookies.
