  • Sugar(powdered) - 250 g
  • Groundnuts(powdered) - 250 g
  • Butter - 250 g
  • Baking soda(A little) -
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Egg - 1 no

Instructions
  1. For preparing Maida Cookies, mix well butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Add the egg and beat the whole mixture very well.
  3. Add maida and powdered groundnuts and mix well.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of water and baking soda and mix well again.
  5. Make small balls off the above mixture.
  6. Flatten the balls a bit and place them on a baking tray.
  7. Bake them in an oven heated upto 375 degree F, till they turn golden brown in colour.
  8. Enjoy irresistible Maida Cookies.
