Step 1

Grind together ginger and garlic to a paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pressure pan.

Step 3

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.

Step 4

Add onions and fry well.

Step 5

Add washed mutton pieces to the onions along with salt and water.

Step 6

Allow it to cook.

Step 7

Grind together ginger, pepper and coconut.

Step 8

When the meat is well cooked, add the above coconut masala and let it boil nicely, till it becomes a thick gravy.

Step 9

:- Serve hot with rice and sambhar.


Sone..receipe is good just a tip..always add onion first for frying then add ginger garlic paste so that it will not stick to the pan..
