Step 1

For preparing mushroom-chicken soup, first boil water in a vessel. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat oil in a vessel. SautT in the mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes on low flame along with salt. Add this to the pan of hot water and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the vessel from the flame and strain it into a vessel.

Step 4

Again heat the clear soup with chicken pieces. Allow the chicken pieces to become tender.

Step 5

Garnish with parsley and lime juice. Remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Mushroom-chicken soup is ready. Serve hot.
