Step 1

Clean the mushrooms and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pan.

Step 3

Add chopped onions and fry till transparent.

Step 4

Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add all the powders and garam masala and fry for a minute.

Step 6

Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 7

Add tomato puree, tomatoes, salt and stock and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 8

Pour it into a microwave bowl.

Step 9

Microwave the mushroom gravy for 3 minutes.

Step 10

Pour the curd and mix well.

Step 11

:- Serve with rice.


I tried this recipe with some modifications. I didn`t use tomato at all. Just black peper and corriander powder. I added coconut paste as well. end. Thank you for your effort.
