Step 1

Cook tomato and mushroom in 1 cup of water.

Step 2

Grind it in a blender and strain it.

Step 3

Heat the soup with 1 cup of water.
Stir ocassionally.

Step 4

Add the corn flour which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water to the soup so as to thicken it.

Step 5

Add salt and freshly ground pepper powder and cook till it becomes thick.


I would like to suggest milk/cream instead of water/corn flour. Tomatos in mushroom soup is not a good choice.
