Step 1

Grind together red chilly powder, coriander powder, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves, cumin and vinegar.

Step 2

Heat oil in a kadai or wok.

Step 3

Fry onions in it.

Step 4

Add the ground masala and fry well.

Step 5

Add the boiled mutton and a little of the mutton soup from the cooker.

Step 6

Add salt if required and fry well, till you see oil come out.

Step 7

Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 8

:- Enjoy with rice.
