Step 1

Cut the mutton into small pieces.

Step 2

Mix curd and salt and smear on the mutton pieces. Marinate the mutton for an hour.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Fry the onions till pink.

Step 5

Add the garlic-ginger-green chilli paste and fry till golden brown.

Step 6

Add the turmeric, chilli powder salt, garam masala powder, bay leaf and the mutton pieces.

Step 7

Add the curd which was used to marinate the mutton.

Step 8

Saute till it becomes brown.

Step 9

Add 1 cup of water and cook till the mutton become tender. Remove from the heat.

Step 10

Peel and boil the red pumpkin and mash it well.

Step 11

Add this to the mutton and cook till the gravy becomes thick.

Step 12

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Step 13

:- Serve hot.
