Mutton Korma With Pumpkin Mutton Korma with Pumpkin 250 gm Mutton500 gm Red pumpkin150 gm Curd4 nos Onions50 g Green peas1 no Carrot small2 tsp Garam masalaGarlic (ginger-green chilli paste - 2 tsp)1 no Bay leaf (Vazhana/Karuga ela)Salt (As reqd)Chilly powder (As reqd)2-3 tbsp Oil2 tsp Coriander leaves Cut the mutton into small pieces. Mix curd and salt and smear on the mutton pieces. Marinate the mutton for an hour.Heat oil in a pan.Fry the onions till pink. Add the garlic-ginger-green chilli paste and fry till golden brown.Add the turmeric, chilli powder salt, garam masala powder, bay leaf and the mutton pieces. Add the curd which was used to marinate the mutton.Saute till it becomes brown. Add 1 cup of water and cook till the mutton become tender. Remove from the heat. Peel and boil the red pumpkin and mash it well. Add this to the mutton and cook till the gravy becomes thick. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. :- Serve hot. Tamil
