  • mutton 1 kg
    cardamom 3
    clove 5
    pepper 8
    cinnamon 2
    red chilly powder 2 tsp
    green chilly 4
    turmeric powder 2 tsp
    coriander powder 2 tsp
    salt to taste
    onion 2
    ginger 1 inch piece
    garlic 8 cloves
    cashew nuts 6
    fresh cream 1 tablespoon
    coconut powder 1 cup

grind all the masalas and powders

heat the pressure cooker and sauté onion ginger garlic and green chilly

then add the grinded masalas and stir well.

add mutton to it

add water if needed and close the cooker and allow it to get cooked.

grind the cashew nuts

to the grinded nuts add coconut powder

add some fresh cream and little water and grind it

pour this mix to the mutton curry

stir well and allow it to get boiled

then off the flame and serve to the serving dish.
