  • Grind all the masalas and powders: cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, red chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  • Heat the pressure cooker and sauté onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly.
  • Then add the griound masala and stir well.
  • Add mutton to it.
  • Add water if needed and close the cooker and allow it to get cooked.
  • Grind the cashew nuts.
  • To the ground nuts add coconut powder.
  • Add some fresh cream and little water and grind it.
  • Pour this mix to the mutton curry.
  • Stir well and allow it to get boiled.
  • Then off the flame and serve to the serving dish.
