Step 1

For preparing nadan inji puli, heat tawa and splutter mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves.

Step 2

Add ginger and green chillies.

Step 3

Add chilly powder, salt and jaggery.

Step 4

Add tamarind water and boil. Add water if required.

Step 5

Lightly thicken and serve. Nadan inji puli is ready.
