Step 1

Cut the beans, carrots and potatoes into small cubes.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into big pieces.

Step 3

Boil the beans, carrots, cauliflower and green peas.

Step 4

Deep fry the potatoes in ghee.

Step 5

Cut the paneer into small cubes and fry it in ghee.

Step 6

Cut the capsicum into long strips.

Step 7

Grind the tomatoes with very little water.

Step 8

Whip the curds.

Step 9

Grind together the items for grinding into a fine paste.

Step 10

Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the paste for a while.

Step 11

Add the ground tomatoes and curd and fry again for a few mins.

Step 12

Add the boiled vegetables, cashews, raisins, paneer pieces, salt and sugar and cook for few mins.

Step 13

Garnish with pineapple, silver foil and cherries.

Step 14

:- Serve with rotis & chappathis or even with rice.
